Meet our wine of the month:
Furleigh Estate Bacchus Fumé NV
Our March wine of the month is this juicy, tropical number from Dorset producer Furleigh Estate. Easily one of our customer favourites, the Bacchus Fumé has been surprising customers up and down the UK due to its Mediterranean-like fruit palate. Our tasting note reads:
"Subtle aromas of lime zest and passion fruit lead into an explosion of juicy exotic fruit on the palate; notes of pineapple, papaya, citrus and mango round-off into a soft, vanilla finish. It has had 7 months in oak."
Furleigh Estate Bacchus Fumé NV is available for £16.95 and is suitable for vegans. It pairs beautifully with Thai-infused mussels, poultry, risotto or Shropshire Blue cheese. Buy now.
Hi folks, we've got some really exciting news... we have ventured into the gin market! Keeping up with our specialism in truly novel, unique and great tasting drinks, we've introduced a small range of four delicious gins.
Our range leads with the clean and citrussy full strength Foxdenton The Original 48 London Dry Gin from Buckingham.
We've also added the British Polo No. 3 Organic Gin (pictured below), Foxdenton Damson Gin Liqueur, which is great for topping up your English fizz, and the lightly sweet and wonderful Psychopomp Old Tom Gin from a microbrewery in Bristol.
