Dry white wine, 75cl. Light & crisp 100% Koshu from Yamanashi, Japan. 11.5% ABV. Suitable for Vegans.

Fermented in stainless steel to preserve the naturally-occuring acidity and pure fruit flavour of the Koshu variety. Matured a further three months on its fine lees, adding richness and complexity. This light and delicate dry white wine is clean and classy with delicate notes of lemon, grapefruit and a long refreshing finish.

Pairs beautifully with: Sal's Salmon Ceviche recipe or try a classic sushi pairing.

Cheese pairing: Pennard Vale goat's cheese or Ricotta.
