Tokaj Nobilis is a vineyard and family winery founded in 2000 by Sarolta Bárdos. The family's winemaking tradition goes back several generations and today the family still cultivate some areas that Sarolta's grandfather was given. In total, the family look after six hectares in two areas: Barakonyi and Csirke-Mál. The sites have been renowned for outstanding quality wines for over a century, with the first mention dating as far back as 1600. In terms of grapes, Tokaj Nobilis focuses on the region's best: Furmint, Hárslevelű, Yellow Muscat and Kövérszőlő.
