The Sweet Potato Spirit Co. use sweet potatoes from North Carolina in the US to make their original London Dry gin, which is then blended with cane sugar and macerated in English lavender. The result is a well-balanced, aromatic gin liqueur that is ultra-alluring with the right mixer. Flavours of lavender with hints of citrus and juniper.

Try it as... Lavender Fizz
Mix 50ml of Lavender gin liqueur with Sicilian lemonade, crushed ice and a dash of local honey. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
