Spirit of Ilmington
Ilmington is in Warwickshire in the North Cotswolds and in medieval times it was a village made up of farms and most of them had an orchard. This history means the supply of cider has been free-flowing, made from a vast array of varieties. The Spirit of Ilmington began by making cider. The cider was first made in Frog Lane and the parallel street is called Grump Street, so it got the name "Grump Frog". Soon the Spirit of Ilmington was born when the team purchased a copper alembic pot still and small runs of their apple brandy began to be made.
