Halfpenny Green Brut Sparkling is a dry sparkling white wine from Staffordshire, England. It's a blend of Seyval Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with 11.5% abv. Suitable for Vegans.

Halfpenny Green Brut is an elegant English sparkling wine made from grapes grown on the Vickers family estate in Staffordshire. Martin Vickers planted the first half acre in 1983 and today looks after 30 acres of vines on an aspect 250ft above sea level. The wines are made by his son, Clive. This cool climate fizz has been well looked after with a fine mousse and a melody of fresh apple aromas. A zesty mix of grapefruit, gooseberry and green apples make up the palate with notes of toast and biscuit. The finish is bright and fresh.

You'll like this if you like... Chardonnay-led fizz, or Cremant de Loire. 

Pairs beautifully with: Pork belly, pasta in a creamy sauce with pan-fried chicken, poached salmon, crab on toast, or Caeser salad.
