Karadimos is a family winery, currently in the hands of second generation brothers Dimitris (winemaker) and Yannis (viticulturist). They have vineyards planted with Malagousia and Assyrtiko white grapes and the red grape Xinomavro, found on the slopes of Knimidos near Atalanti. The Xinomavro planting is the furthest south planting of Xinomavro in Greece.
