Brock Bergius took over the Gospel Green business in 2016, which was originally founded by James Lane. Gospel Green ‘Traditional Method’ cider was launched by James and his wife Cathy in 1990. James continues to advise Brock and keeps a tender eye on the business he and his wife lovingly ran for 26 years. The cidery focuses on excellence and quality by using only the finest cooking and desert apples from the Blackmoor Estate in Hampshire. The ciders are made in the same traditional method as Champagne, developing a richness and complexity of character.
