Langham Blanc de Blancs is a dry sparkling white wine from Dorset, England. It's 100% Chardonnay with 11.5% abv. Suitable for Vegans.

Gold, WineGB 2020; Gold, IWSC 2020; 91pts, Decanter 2019. This is one of the finest English sparkling wines we've enjoyed. Hand-harvested from Langham's Crawthorne vineyard in late October. Partially barrel fermented in Burgundian oak and aged on its lees for 18 months, plus a further six months in bottle, this beautiful English fizz has aromas of honeysuckle, lemon drizzle cake, apple crumble, cut grass and shortbread. On the palate the zingy, saline palate is backed by creamy vanilla, rich brioche flavours and rounds out into an elegant finish. 

Pairs beautifully with: Dorset oysters, linguine with clams and fennel, pistachio-crusted scallops, smoked trout dip, battered sausage and chips, or crispy mushrooms and quail egg on rye bread.

Cheese pairing: Comte or Beaufort cheese.
