Emiliana
Emiliana winery is one of South America's most important organic wine producers. Since 1998, this Chilean winery has been producing award-winning wines from almost 1,000 hectares of vineyards in prime sites including Casablanca, Maipo, Cachapoal, Colchagua and Bio Bio.
The Adobe Range
Adobe, an ancient material made from clay, sand, water and straw, was shaped into bricks and dried in the sun, was traditionally used in Chile's countryside for homes and other buildings. Emiliana decided to use adobe to build the walls of its sustainable wine cellar at Los Roblos and name their range of Reserva level wines made from organic grapes after this noble material. Emiliana’s Adobe range of wines reflect the quality of their vineyards, always with a deep respect for nature and their workers.
