Conker is Dorset's first Bristol gin distillery with a "ruthless focus on quality". The spirits are mainly based on their flagship Dorset dry gin, distilled using British wheat spirit, new forest spring water and 10 botanicals, including some rather distinctively-Dorset-inspired botanicals gorse flowers, samphire and elderberries. Conker was founded by gin enthusiast Rupert Holloway.
