Family run winery Bodega Biniagual creates premium, quality wines from traditional Majorcan grape varieties. Vines have been cultivated on their plot since the 13th century and the site was replanted with a fresh selection of vines in 1999. The estate covers 34 hectares and is pioneering varieties like Manto Negro. The vineyard sits 140m above sea level on rich clay soils and yields are rigorously limited through green harvesting to retain character and flavour.
