Blue Aurora is a venture from Lutton Farm, a family run farm situated on the border between Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. The fruit farm specialises in growing berries and is run by brothers Stephen and James Long. They started growing blueberries in 2006 after a visit to Poland and today 45ha of their 70ha farm is dedicated to growing blueberries under polytunnels. To avoid wastage seen by the supermarkets as too small or too soft, in 2018 the brothers started fermenting their blueberries into wine and Blue Aurora was born. These wines are made entirely from the Long brothers' English blueberries, nothing else!
