New from Aldwick Estate, the Jubilate QE is the perfect introduction to English sparkling wines. The wine combines grapes harvested on Sandy Luck's small family-run vineyard in the Mendips with Steve Brooksbank's decades of winemaking experience. It's off-dry with fresh citrus aromas and a smooth, creamy palate filled with elderflower, green apples, lemon pith and a hint of sherbet. The name Jubilate, taken from Latin, means to 'be joyful - all of you'. Quintessentially English is just that: a lovely celebration fizz.
